Workouts April 20th - 26th

(Tuesday) April 21st - 30 minute spin class, 15 minute abs

(Wednesday) April 22nd - rotator cuff exercises

(Thursday) April 23rd - 45 minute vinyasa yoga class, ran 2 miles, physical therapy 1 hour, home rotator cuff exercises

(Friday) April 24th - 45 spin class

(Saturday) April 26th -

(Sunday) April 27th -
